Our Story: A Foundation for Your Future
Goldenlet Estate & Investment Limited was founded in 2020 by Mr. Stephen Annor. From our office at Lashibi Shalom Spot in Greater Accra, we help individuals, families and businesses find affordable land for residential and commercial use.
Our locations include Afienya New Jerusalem, Dawhenya, Tsopoli, Agortor, Shiloh City, Community 25 and Prampram. Our Prampram site is inland on the Accra–Aflao corridor at Ningo–Prampram, not a beachfront development.
We focus on litigation-free land, access to roads, water and electricity, and the option to make a percentage down payment followed by installments. We want buyers to understand the plot, the paperwork and the payment terms before making a decision.
